If you’re someone who’s curious about startups, marketing, business, networking, growth, or how brands scale, this role will genuinely teach you a lot.

You’ll work directly with the founder and get real exposure to how a fast-growing marketing agency operates behind the scenes- sales, strategy, client communication, growth, partnerships, and decision-making.

You’ll be speaking with D2C founders, understanding different brands and industries, sitting in important discussions, helping with pitches and proposals, and learning how business is actually done in the real world.

Scaling Wolves is a performance marketing agency helping D2C & eCommerce brands scale profitably through ads, creative strategy, retention, and growth marketing.

We work closely with founders and fast-growing brands, so the environment here is fast-paced, practical, and growth-oriented.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Working closely with the Founder on business, sales, and growth initiatives
- Researching brands, markets, and potential business opportunities
- Building lead lists, conducting outreach, and managing follow-ups
- Scheduling meetings, managing the Founder's calendar, and coordinating client communications.
- Assisting with proposals, presentations, and client communication.
- Supporting sales discussions, partnerships,



and relationship management
- Managing the agency's and Founder's LinkedIn and social media presence
- Assisting with content planning, content creation, and appearing on camera whenever required
- Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams on growth initiatives
- Taking ownership of day-to-day tasks and special projects across the Founder's Office
