About TAFCO

TAFCO is India’s first Integrated Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Solutions company focused on assessing, managing, and improving indoor air quality across residential, commercial, and industrial environments. TAFCO is positioned beyond selling individual products and provides end-to-end IAQ solutions, combining monitoring, data analysis, solution deployment, and ongoing performance management to deliver healthier indoor environments in residential, commercial, and industrial setups. Recently, we have received funding under the SISFS (GoI) scheme and are a DPIIT-recognized & incubated startup at GUSEC, Ahmedabad.

Who this is for

- Someone who wants to grow into a leadership role in the startup/cleantech space, or build their own company one day
- Genuinely curious about air quality, cleantech, and building a category-defining brand in India
- Highly organized — able to take a messy, undefined problem and run with it alone once the goal is clear
- Comfortable owning numbers (budgets, MIS) as much as people (hiring, vendors, coordination)

You will

- Work closely with the founder (almost shadow) to move high-priority operational and financial workstreams forward independently
- Own MIS reporting, budgets,



and day-to-day financial admin
- Scout and coordinate hiring — sourcing candidates, running interview logistics, closing loops
- Coordinate vendors, compliance, and administrative operations
- Take on special projects that don't yet have an owner
- Take up client discovery calls and formulate actions for onboarding regional partners
- Prepare curated investment decks for angels and VCs

You are

- An engineer (any stream) with 0-3 years of experience working in a startup (hardware preferably)
- Enthusiastic about learning recent things and never shy of approaching a problem to find a solution
- A person who enjoys keeping multiple tabs open at all times and multitasking to sort things, however, finds calm in the chaos
- Someone who understands the problem of air pollution and is ready to create an impact

This is not a remote job and the selected candidate needs to work from our Ahmedabad office or travel with the Founder.
