About the Role:

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you’ll be at the intersection of engineering and customer success — building integrations, AI agents, and automations that transform enterprises. This is a hands-on technical role with direct customer impact. You will be part of an AI-native enterprise platform trusted by leading BFSI, SaaS, and healthcare companies across India and globally. As an FDE, you’ll be shaping how AI, analytics, and workflows redefine customer experience.

What You’ll Do

1. Customer-facing: 30% of your time engaging with customers through workshops, demos, and implementations.
2. Coding & Integration: 70–80% hands-on development in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python.
3. AI & Automation: Design and deploy AI agents, optimize semantic search, and leverage generative AI.
4. System Integration: Connect the Product with SaaS/non-SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
5. Data Insights: Write SQL queries, build dashboards, and surface actionable insights.

Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
7. Travel Ready: Up to 80% onsite engagements with customers.

What You Bring

1. 4–7 years of experience in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering.
2. Strong coding skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python (Go is a plus).
3. Familiarity with LLMs, RAG frameworks, prompt engineering, and AI evals.
4. Expertise in API integration patterns, data synchronization, and pub/sub architectures.
5. Hands-on with AWS Lambda, GCP Functions, CI/CD pipelines, containers, observability.
6. Solid communication and documentation skills to guide technical adoption.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
