? ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Head to lead and scale our business across the Forex and Financial Markets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong industry network, proven B2B business development experience, and a deep understanding of Forex brokerage, liquidity, IB networks, affiliates and institutional clients.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute business development strategies for the Forex and financial markets.
- Identify and acquire Forex Brokers, IBs, Affiliates, Fund Managers and Institutional Clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry partners.
- Drive B2B sales for Forex, liquidity and brokerage-related solutions.
- Develop new geographical markets and strategic business opportunities.
- Build and expand the company's IB and affiliate network.
- Negotiate commercial terms, partnership agreements and revenue-sharing models.
- Attend Forex expos, conferences, networking events and industry meetings.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk and Dealing teams.




- Monitor competitors, market trends and emerging opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the Business Development/Sales team.
- Take ownership of revenue growth, client acquisition and strategic partnerships.

? REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Forex, CFD, Brokerage, Capital Markets or Financial Services.
- Solid understanding of Forex trading and financial markets.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Strong existing network of IBs, brokers, affiliates or institutional clients will be an advantage.
- Understanding of liquidity solutions, MT4/MT5 and brokerage ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and industry events.
