1. Operate forklifts safely and efficiently for movement of raw materials, WIP (Work-in-Progress), finished goods, packaging materials, and consumables within the plant premises.
2. Ensure timely material supply to production lines to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
3. Transport materials between warehouse, stores, production departments, dispatch areas, and other plant locations as per operational requirements.
4. Verify material identification, quantity, and location before movement to ensure accuracy and traceability.
5. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and material handling procedures while transporting and storing materials.
Preferred candidate profile
- Must have hands-on experience in operating 3 Ton to 10 Ton capacity forklifts.
- Should be proficient in operating both Manual (Diesel/LPG) and Electric Forklifts.
- Ability to safely handle loading, unloading, stacking, and movement of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods within the manufacturing plant.
- Valuable understanding of forklift safety practices, load handling limits, and material movement procedures.
