This role gives physiotherapists and occupational therapists a chance to specialize in preventive podiatry, build a unique skilled identity, gain certified training, and grow clinically and financially through patient care and product expertise.

Key responsibilities

- Clinical assessment: Take history and perform foot and lower‑limb exam using our assessment format; include gait analysis.
- Diagnosis:



Finalize biomechanical diagnosis and explain it clearly to patients.
- Treatment planning: Recommend appropriate orthotics based on lifestyle; explain use and care.
- Exercise prescription: Plan and teach corrective exercises when needed.
- Follow‑up: Schedule and execute follow‑ups; adjust plan and products as required.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate clinical notes and product recommendations.

Skills and qualifications
- Required: B.O.Th. or B.P.Th. (or higher).
- Knowledge: Basic biomechanics and exercise planning.
- Skills: Good communication, patient education, observational gait skills, basic computer literacy.

Training, probation, and growth
- Probation: 4–6 months (paid) with structured training.
- Training includes: Certified podiatry workshop, hands‑on product training, supervised case observations, and assessment practice.
- After confirmation: Eligible for annual salary raises and incentives based on sales from consultations.
