We are looking for a Footwear Lab Technician & Quality Controller to manage footwear testing and quality inspection activities. The candidate will be responsible for checking raw materials, components, in-process products, and finished footwear to ensure they meet required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory tests on footwear, raw materials, and components.
- Maintain BIS lab records and testing documents.
- Check and verify test results accurately.
- Prepare detailed test reports.
- Handle and store testing samples properly.
- Inspect raw materials before production.
- Monitor quality at different stages of production.
- Inspect components and finished footwear.
- Identify defects and quality issues.
- Ensure products meet required standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain inspection and testing records.
- Support final quality checks before packing and dispatch.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
