Key Responsibilities

- Monitor food quality and safety standards across Central Kitchen operations.
- Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products for quality and compliance.
- Monitor production activities across Hot Kitchen and Bakery.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI Schedule 4, HACCP, GMP, and GHP standards.
- Monitor critical control points and cooking, cooling, storage, and dispatch temperatures.
- Conduct hygiene audits and identify quality and food safety deviations.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions

(CAPA).
- Monitor sanitation, personal hygiene, pest control, and cross-contamination prevention.
- Maintain quality records, temperature logs, and traceability documentation.




- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams to resolve quality issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in QSR, Central Kitchen, or Food Production.

- Knowledge of FSSAI Schedule 4, HACCP, GMP, and GHP standards.
- Experience in quality audits, raw material inspection, and finished product checks.
- Knowledge of RCA, CAPA, and food safety practices.
- Exposure Hot Kitchen and Bakery operations.
- FOSTAC certification is preferred.
- Solid documentation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or related fields.
