Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop current footwear products from concept to production, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Collaborate with design teams to create prototypes, samples, and final designs for shoes.

- Conduct fit testing and sampling to ensure product meets customer needs.

- Manage product development processes, including pattern making, sampling, and manufacturing.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in footwear development or a related field.

- Strong understanding of footwear construction methods and materials.

- Proficiency in pattern making software (e.g. CAD) is required; knowledge of other relevant tools an asset.
