Mahila Devi Foods is looking for an energetic, responsible and driven Food Technologist to oversee product quality, production, inventory and supply coordination across our manufacturing unit and outlets.
This is a hands-on role requiring the candidate to actively coordinate between production, suppliers, outlets, drivers and other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Quality & Production Control
Ensure the quality, consistency and safety of all products manufactured by the company.
Monitor production processes and ensure products meet the company's required standards.
Check daily production output against requirements and identify shortages or production issues.
Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness and food-safety standards throughout the production premises.
Monitor proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.
Help reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.
Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor inventory of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
Ensure sufficient stock of the company's manufactured and retail products is maintained.
Regularly check stock requirements of all company outlets.
Coordinate replenishment and stock transfers to prevent products from going out of stock.
Identify fast-moving and low-stock products and plan requirements accordingly.
Purchase & Supplier Coordination
Coordinate with suppliers and place orders for required raw materials and other products.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are received on time.
Coordinate with the company driver regarding collection and delivery of materials and products.
Ensure all outlets receive their required raw materials, retail products and manufactured products on time.
Bulk Orders & Client Coordination
Receive and coordinate bulk orders from external clients.
Plan production and product requirements according to the order quantity and delivery deadline.
Coordinate with production staff, packing staff, drivers and other team members to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
Ensure bulk orders are completed, packed and dispatched within the committed time.

The Food Technologist will play an important role in ensuring that the right products are produced at the right quality and quantity, sufficient stock reaches every outlet, raw materials arrive on time, and customer/bulk orders are completed without delays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
