Job Summary

Food & Beverage Manager mandate for a premium hospitality operation near Mumbai Airport T1/T2.

Requires at least 10 years of progressive F&B; management experience in boutique, four-star or five-star hotels or premium standalone dining. Strong commercial ownership covering revenue growth, sales and marketing, corporate dining, group bookings and brand activations is essential, together with multi-outlet operations, guest and VIP experience, P&L;, budgeting, team leadership, hygiene and compliance.
