Position F&B; Executive

Experience 4+ Years in the Hospitality Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused F&B; Executive to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high service standards, delivering excellent guest experiences, and supporting the team in achieving operational and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage day-to-day F&B; operations and ensure smooth service.  Welcome and interact with guests professionally and provide excellent customer service.  Ensure food and beverage service standards are consistently maintained.  Coordinate with the Kitchen, Bar, Front Office, and other departments for smooth operations.  Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.  Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.  Monitor table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall restaurant/service area standards.  Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and service procedures.  Assist in briefing and coordinating with F&B; Associates and other team members.  Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage and report discrepancies to the concerned person.  Ensure proper handling of equipment, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other F&B; items.  Assist in maintaining daily operational records and reports.  Support the team during events, banquets, and special functions.  Assist in training and guiding new team members on service standards and procedures.



 Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.  Contribute towards achieving guest satisfaction and departmental targets.

Required Skills

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Strong customer service orientation.  Good knowledge of food and beverage operations.  Ability to handle guest complaints and difficult situations professionally.  Good coordination and teamwork skills.  Basic knowledge of F&B; inventory and cost control.  Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.  Valuable grooming and professional appearance.  Basic computer knowledge.

Educational Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Experience in hotels, restaurants, clubs, luxury hospitality, or premium F&B; establishments.  Good command of English and communication skills.  Passionate about hospitality and guest service.  Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and on public holidays.  Candidates with pre-opening experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
