Role Description The Food and Beverage Executive role at Le Château is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role oversees daily food and beverage operations, including planning menus, coordinating service standards, and ensuring consistent quality in presentation and guest experience. The Food and Beverage Executive collaborates with hospitality and housekeeping teams to design and execute table setups, manage pantry and kitchen inventories, and align service protocols with client expectations.
Responsibilities include supervising and training service staff, monitoring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations, managing vendor relationships,
and supporting special events or high-touch lifestyle services in residential and office environments. The role requires proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain seamless operations and continuously improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Solid food and beverage operations skills, including menu planning, service coordination, and quality control.
- Experience in hospitality or luxury service environments, with a focus on guest experience and table styling.
- Ability to train, supervise, and motivate service and support staff to maintain consistent standards.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and best practices in kitchen and pantry management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Organizational and time-management abilities for handling multiple households, offices, or events simultaneously.
- Comfort with vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and basic budgeting or cost control in F&B; operations.
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, hotel administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage supervisory or executive role in hotels, clubs, or premium service settings is an advantage.
