Roles & Responsibilities:

- Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.

- Provide menus and assist guests with menu selections.

- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing.

- Offer recommendations based on guests preferences and dietary restrictions.

- Handle special requests and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.

- Order Management:
- Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests.

- Input orders into the point of sale (POS) system promptly.

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.

- Service Delivery:
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.

- Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.

- Clear tables and ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained.

- Refill beverages and offer additional items as needed.





- Sales and Upselling:
- Inform guests of daily specials, promotions, and new menu items.

- Upsell additional menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience.

- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.

- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

- Assist colleagues during busy periods and provide support as needed.

- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

- Health and Safety:
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

- Maintain personal hygiene and a clean, qualified appearance.

- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the manager.
