Responsibilities Handle check-ins/check-outs, bookings, and guest requests Run daily/weekly SOP checklists across rooms, café, lawn/hammocks, and staircase Supervise housekeeping and café staff; flag maintenance issues to vendors Manage inventory (linens, toiletries, café supplies) Resolve guest complaints; escalate when needed Requirements 2–4 years hospitality experience (boutique property a plus) Comfortable across housekeeping, F&B;, and front-office Solid attention to detail, good communication (English/Hindi/Marathi) Available weekends/holidays; on-site role
