KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Financial / Functional perspective

? Ensure timely processing of NOCs and related documentation

? Support collection and verification of customer records and compliance documents

? Maintain accurate records of bookings, requests, and service transactions

? Drive process adherence and documentation accuracy

Customer/Stakeholder Perspective

? Manage resident and tenant move-in and move-out processes

? Facilitate club house, amenity, and common facility bookings

? Handle customer complaints, service requests, and escalations within defined TATs





? Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement

Internal Process Perspective

? Verify documentation and process NOCs as per company guidelines

? Maintain resident, tenant, and occupancy databases

? Coordinate with FM, Security, CRM, and Finance teams for customer requests

? Track complaint closure and maintain service request logs

? Generate periodic MIS reports and customer service dashboards

Learning & Growth / Developmental Perspective
