FMCG Sales Executive – OVA Eggs Location: Gurugram, Haryana Experience: 1–2 years in FMCG / General Trade Sales Salary: ₹25,000/month performance incentives Employment Type: Full-time About OVAOVA is a premium egg brand focused on delivering quality eggs through retail stores, supermarkets, society stores, distributors and other consumer channels across Gurugram. Job RoleWe are looking for an energetic FMCG Sales Executive who understands the local Gurugram retail market and can build and manage a strong network of retailers. Key ResponsibilitiesOnboard new grocery stores, supermarkets, department stores and society stores.

Generate regular orders and grow sales within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and store owners. Visit retailers regularly and ensure consistent product availability.

Take orders and coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery. Follow up and collect outstanding payments from retailers. Identify new market opportunities and potential retail outlets. Track competitor pricing, products and market activity.

Maintain daily sales, outlet and collection reports. Drive repeat orders from existing retailers.



Support distributor and market expansion when required. TargetThe company target is approximately 6,000 crates/month , with two sales executives sharing the target.

The candidate will be responsible for building and managing approximately 100 active retail outlets over time. Existing FMCG retailer network in Gurugram will be a strong advantage.

Requirements1–2 years of experience in FMCG field sales / general trade. Good knowledge of the Gurugram retail market. Existing retailer/distributor relationships preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with field work and daily market visits. Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. Ability to handle sales as well as payment collections. Self-driven and target-oriented.
