– Floor Executive Location: Phoenix Marketcity, Chennai Position: Floor Executive Department: Mall Operations / Customer Service Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations on the assigned floor. Monitor the floor and assist customers with their queries and requirements. Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of the assigned floor. Support mall events, promotions, and other operational activities. Conduct regular floor rounds and report any issues to the reporting manager.
Maintain necessary operational records and reports. Ensure compliance with mall policies and standard operating procedures.
