HIRING: OVERALL FLOOR SUPERVISOR ( Printing Industry )

Location: Pari Chowk, Greater Noida

Experience: 5+ Years

CTC: ₹40,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage overall floor operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure smooth production and workflow as per planned schedules.
- Manage and coordinate with workers, operators, and floor staff.
- Monitor manpower allocation and daily productivity.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are achieved.
- Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and safety standards on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective actions.
- Maintain daily production and manpower reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.

Candidate Profile:





- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in floor supervision / factory operations.
- Solid team-handling and leadership skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work under production deadlines.
