To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, were looking to add a Process Lead - Finance to our team in Chennai.

What A Typical Day Looks Like:

- Strong ERP knowledge (Baan V/LN/other costing tools
- Comply with all standards and policies related to Direct Material Standard Costing, Capitalization rules, Direct Labor and Manufacturing Overhead in inventory valuation, Monthly PPV, Cycle Counting, and Inventory Transfer processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis to mitigate risks in inventory levels, and perform comprehensive inventory cost and margin analysis to identify issues and highlight opportunities for cost optimization and savings
- Deliver MEC with 100% accuracy and on-time KPI delivery.
- Review all critical activities, all MJVs, and key inputs (100%).
- Review BS reconciliations in ARP for scoped accounts & support P2 critical accounts.
- Ensure all errors are captured in CAPA with timely preventive action.
- Review and sign off SOPs quarterly; ensure SOPs reflect manual + automated steps (PPV, SNV, Inventory recon).
- Ensure all critical MEC activities are captured in the costing checklist.




- Proven ability to analyze data and in data crunching. Should be able to analyze the available information and interpret it in line with the business objective.
- Use AI tools to improve process efficiency and cost optimization.
- Lead the training of team members on all cost accounting processes and site support activities.
- Adhere to BCP; support quarterly/annual drills with focus on MEC.

The Experience we’re Looking to Add to The Team:

- B.Com / M Com / MBA(Finance)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP Systems.
- Valuable understanding of accounting standards
- Good analytical and independent problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Power point and Outlook
- Hands on experience in Cost Accounting activities (Mfg.Org preferable)
- Strong accounting knowledge, understanding and interpretation of financial statements.
- Open to work in Americas Shift .
