We are looking for a Sourcing Manager responsible for sourcing and onboarding cab drivers, vehicle owners, and fleet partners for our employee transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard cab drivers and fleet owners.
- Achieve monthly driver and fleet acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with drivers and fleet partners.
- Verify documents and complete the onboarding process.
- Coordinate with Operations to meet vehicle requirements.
- Follow up with leads until successful activation.
- Maintain sourcing and onboarding records and reports.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in fleet sourcing, driver acquisition, recruitment, sales, or vendor management.
- Experience in the cab/transportation industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented with good local driver/fleet connections.
- Knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
