Education Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:

- Train labourers on proper tiling techniques, material handling, and alignment standards.
- Supervise tile installation at multiple projects ensuring design compliance and premium finish.
- Conduct quality checks at every stage: substrate preparation, adhesive application, grouting, and finishing.
- Provide feedback to labourers to improve skills and adherence to standards.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of on-ground tiling work experience
- Strong knowledge of tile types, adhesives, grout, and layouts.
- Demonstrated ability to train and supervise teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
