We are looking for an experienced Finishing Incharge to manage and supervise the finishing operations for apparel and bags, ensuring that all products meet the required quality, appearance, packing, and dispatch standards.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the finishing team, coordinating with Production and Quality teams, and ensuring timely completion of orders as per production plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the complete finishing process for apparel and bags, from final production stage to packing and dispatch.
- Ensure products are properly cleaned, trimmed, checked, ironed/pressed, folded, tagged, packed, and prepared for dispatch as applicable.
- Ensure all finished products meet defined quality standards, buyer specifications, and export requirements.
- Conduct final visual checks for issues such as loose threads, stains, stitching defects, finishing defects, incorrect labels, accessories, and packing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth movement of finished goods.




- Plan daily manpower and allocate work to ensure finishing targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor productivity and maintain proper workflow across the finishing section.
- Identify finishing-related defects and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely rectification.
- Ensure proper lot/batch identification, tagging, labeling, and segregation of finished goods.
- Monitor packing as per buyer-specific packing instructions, including quantity, carton details, labels, and other requirements.
- Maintain daily production/finishing records and report output, pending work, rejection/rework, and manpower status to management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, discipline, and safety within the finishing and packing area.
- Train and guide finishing workers on quality standards, work methods, and productivity expectations.
- Ensure finished goods are ready for dispatch according to the production and shipment schedule

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
