Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finishing Supervisor with in-depth knowledge of finishing works and strong site execution skills. The candidate will be responsible for supervising finishing activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, and ensuring quality and timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day finishing works at site.
- Ensure proper execution of plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, gypsum/POP, masonry, doors & windows, skirting and other finishing activities.
- Read and understand drawings, specifications, and finishing details.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure work is completed as per required quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and other site teams.
- Check measurements and work progress at site.
- Plan daily work activities and ensure timely completion of assigned targets.
- Identify finishing defects and coordinate for necessary rectification.
- Monitor material requirements and minimize material wastage.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the work site.
- Maintain daily progress reports and communicate site updates to the reporting engineer/management.
Required Skills & Experience
- In-depth knowledge of finishing works and construction practices.
- Practical experience in handling finishing activities independently.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good manpower and contractor coordination skills.
- Solid understanding of finishing quality standards and site execution.
- Ability to manage multiple finishing activities simultaneously.
- Relevant site experience preferred.
