About the Role

Join our Due Diligence & Market Intelligence team supporting Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Fortune 500 clients on high-stakes buy-side and sell-side engagements. You'll work with leading global PE funds on deals ranging from $200M to $1B+, leading either financial due diligence (FDD) or commercial due diligence (CDD) workstreams that directly shape investment decisions.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end due diligence engagements — financial (FDD) or commercial/vendor (CDD/VDD) — supporting buy-side and sell-side transactions
- For FDD-focused profiles: analyze quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, and historical financial statement normalization to assess target company financial health
- For CDD-focused profiles: design and execute market assessments, competitive benchmarking, and B2B/B2C surveys to evaluate market size, positioning, and growth potential
- Mine databases (CapIQ, Pitchbook, Crunchbase, Preqin, VCCEdge, Traxcn, Refinitiv/ThomsonOne) to build data-driven investment theses
- Build financial models, valuation frameworks, and/or market sizing models to support deal recommendations
- Prepare industry, sector, and country mapping reports to flag high-potential investment or risk areas




- Manage stakeholder relationships across PE, VC, consulting, and client teams
- Mentor and lead junior analysts/associates on methodology, tools, and delivery quality under tight timelines

What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in a Big 4 Transaction Services/Deal Advisory practice (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG), MBB, or a boutique PE/VC advisory firm
- Proven experience in either financial due diligence (FDD) or commercial due diligence (CDD) for PE/VC or corporate transactions — candidates from both backgrounds are welcome
- Robust Excel and PowerPoint skills; working knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL is a plus
- Hands-on experience with at least 2–3 of: CapIQ, Pitchbook, Preqin, Crunchbase, Traxcn, VCCEdge, Refinitiv/ThomsonOne, or Bloomberg
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team (3–5 members) is a plus
- CFA (any level) or progress toward CFA is a plus
- Ability to work UK/BST-aligned hours to support global stakeholders
