Hiring: Financial Analyst – Cross-FunctionalSalary: ₹4.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Analyze Sales, Production, and Operations data to identify business insights.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, production costs, inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Support pricing, cost optimization, and business planning decisions.
- Work closely with Sales, Production, and Operations teams.
- Create dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel, Power BI, Zoho Analytics, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Identify process improvements and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent Excel and data-analysis skills; BI tool experience preferred.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with manufacturing, sales, or operations exposure will be preferred.
