Financial Analyst

ProGrow International

ProGrow International is seeking a Financial Analyst to support investment evaluation, financial modelling, transaction structuring and capital allocation across the Group's businesses and strategic projects.

The role will work closely with senior management on domestic and cross-border opportunities across infrastructure, financial services, mining, technology, biotechnology and other sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain detailed financial models for projects, companies and investment opportunities.
- Conduct valuation, return and scenario analysis.
- Analyse project economics, cash flows, capital requirements and financing structures.
- Evaluate debt, equity and other financing alternatives.
- Support project finance and structured finance analysis.
- Conduct financial due diligence on potential investments, acquisitions and strategic partners.
- Analyse financial statements, balance sheets and business plans.
- Prepare investment memoranda,



financial summaries and Board/management presentations.
- Support fundraising, lender and investor discussions with financial analysis and documentation.
- Track portfolio and project financial performance against assumptions.
- Work with external advisors, banks, investors and transaction counterparties where required.

Ideal Candidate

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, project finance, private equity, corporate finance, financial consulting or similar roles.
- Solid financial modelling, accounting and valuation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of debt and equity capital structures.
- Experience with infrastructure/project finance or cross-border transactions is preferred.
- CA, CFA, MBA Finance or equivalent qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
