Systems is on a mission to change that. We are building a next-generation cards and payment processor from the ground up to redefine how financial institutions approach card issuance and processing.

- Our model lets clients modernise their infrastructure step by step, reducing costs and opening up new revenue streams. By making the payments ecosystem more accessible, we are speeding up innovation and removing barriers that have held the industry back.
- We are seed-funded with a runway of over 2 years and are growing our team in Kochi, working closely with our US entity, Zimble Inc.

This is a chance to join early and build the finance and operations function of a fintech startup from the ground up, with direct impact on how the company grows.

Key Reponsibilties:

- Accounting, month-end close and monthly MIS,



working with our Indian CA and US CPA
- Financial projections, budgets and cash flow
- Compliance: GST (export under LUT), TDS, PF/ESI/PT, ROC filings, basic FEMA and transfer pricing
- Payroll, Form 16 and full and final settlements
- Contract tracking, basic HR policies and onboarding paperwork

Details:

- Location: Kochi, Kerala (in office/hybrid)
- Salary: ₹6-10 LPA, depending on profile
- Experience: 5-8 years

Ideal profile

- BCom, MCom, MBA or B.Tech
- CA Inter or CMA Inter is a strong plus
- Experience at a CA firm in audit and compliance
- In-house experience owning the books, payroll and reporting
- Exposure to a services exporter or US-linked company preferred
- Strong Excel, clear written English, well organised and self-driven

Good to have

- An interest in market research and understanding the business (market sizing, competitors, opportunity areas)
