Role Description The Finance Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vasai Virar, responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations to support store and corporate performance. This role manages accounting processes, financial reporting cycles, and cash flow activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to monitor budgets, analyze financial data, and provide insights that improve profitability and operational efficiency.



Daily tasks include supervising finance staff, reviewing reconciliations and documentation, optimizing processes for billing, collections, and vendor payments, and supporting audits and internal controls. The role also involves preparing management reports, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving continuous improvement in finance operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, including knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and cost control.
- Candidates should possess experience in Operations Management, focusing on streamlining financial workflows and coordinating with retail and corporate teams.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, generate insights, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Financial Reporting, including preparation of MIS reports, statutory reports, and compliance documentation.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of ERP or accounting software, Excel, and financial modeling tools; familiarity with retail or multi-location business environments is beneficial.
