Role & responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, dashboards, and analytical models.

- Work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, consolidation, reconciliation, and validation.

- Automate and streamline existing reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.

- Build dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and/or other BI tools.

- Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from databases, wherever required.

- Support the Finance team with data-driven reports for business requirements.

- Prepare variance analysis, trend analysis, performance reports, and other analytical reports.

- Identify opportunities to improve existing MIS/reporting processes and enhance efficiency.

- Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, and other internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all reports and dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce,



Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

- Excellent MS Excel skills with robust knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH, charts, and dashboards.

- Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power Query, VBA/Macros is an advantage.

- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Tableau.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

- Ability to handle large datasets and ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

- Experience in Finance MIS, Financial/Business Analytics, FP&A;, or Management Reporting preferred.

- Experience in dashboard creation, reporting automation, and process improvement is an added advantage.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
