MAK Conferences Organizing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated, experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, invoicing and collections
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements and management reports
- Manage cash flow, budgets and financial forecasting
- Monitor event-wise revenue, expenses and profitability
- Handle bank reconciliations and financial documentation
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and banking partners
- Ensure timely GST, TDS and other statutory compliance
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and processes
- Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic decisions

? Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting




- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliance
- Strong command of MS Excel / Google Sheets and accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the events, conferences, media or B2B industry will be an added advantage
