Ramara Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance Manager to join our Finance & Accounts team.

? Experience: 8–12 Years

? Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance / B.Com / M.Com or equivalent

? About the Role The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance and accounting operations, financial planning, cash flow, costing, MIS, statutory compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting. The role will also work closely with the management and cross-functional teams to support informed business decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall finance and accounting operations of the organization.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, fund utilization, and financial planning.
- Prepare and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS and financial reports for management.
- Oversee preparation and finalization of P&L;, Balance Sheet, and other financial statements.
- Manage product costing, margin analysis, profitability, and cost-control initiatives across SKUs.
- Monitor receivables and outstanding collections and coordinate with the Sales team for timely recovery.




- Ensure timely processing and control of vendor, statutory, and operational payments.
- Handle import-related financial transactions, foreign payments, and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable taxation, accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal financial controls.
- Work closely with the MD and leadership team on financial analysis and business decision support.

? What We’re Looking For

✔ 8–12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

✔ Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / trading environment will be preferred.

✔ Robust knowledge of financial reporting, costing, budgeting, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance.

✔ Hands-on experience in ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

✔ Ability to independently manage finance operations and lead a team.

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
