Manages a company's entire financial operations, overseeing financial planning, risk management, reporting, and analysis, while also acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO/MD and board on growth, investments, and major financial decisions, ensuring profitability, compliance, and long-term stability
Require minimum 5–10 years of finance experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, and certifications like CA, CPA, or CFA Preferred,
often with an Essential skills include strategic planning, advanced financial analysis, risk management, and robust leadership to guide corporate direction
Candidates with accounts background will be an deal breaker, knowledge in MS Excel and TALLY is a must.
