Role & responsibilities

- Manage the company's overall funding and working capital requirements.

- Handle and monitor bank loans, overdraft facilities, cash credit and other banking facilities.

- Manage a portfolio of approximately Rs 100-200 Crore comprising bank loans, overdrafts and related funds.

- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing,renewals, limits, documentation and financial requirements.

- Monitor fund utilisation, cash flow and working capital on a need basis.

- Prepare and monitor cash flow projections and fund requirement plans.

- Ensure timely repayment of principal, interest and other financial obligations.

- Negotiate with banks and financial institutions regarding interest rates, credit limits and financing terms.

- Monitor the company's debt position, borrowing costs and financial exposure.

- Support management in financial planning, budgeting and strategic financial decisions.

- Ensure proper financial controls,



documentation and compliance related to banking and finance activities.

- Coordinate with Accounts, Audit, Tax and other internal teams for finance-related matters.

- Prepare regular MIS and financial reports for Management review.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA (Finance) or CA preferred.

- 3- 5 years of relevant experience in Finance or Banking Management.

- Candidates should have hands-on experience in bank loans, overdrafts, working capital and fund management.

- Experience of handling a Rs 100 - 200 Crore finance / fund portfolio will be preferred.

- Strong understanding of banking, working capital, debt management and cash flow.

- Positive negotiation and relationship-management skills with banks and financial institutions.

- Strong analytical and financial decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting/MIS.
