We’re looking for an accomplished Finance Manager to lead the organization’s end-to-end finance function. This role will oversee financial reporting, treasury operations, FP&A;, accounting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across multiple entities.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

- Financial Reporting – Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across multiple entities.
- Financial Close – Manage and oversee entity-level monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Intercompany Accounting – Manage intercompany reconciliations, transactions, and eliminations.
- Controls & Compliance – Develop and strengthen financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Accounting Operations – Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Audit Management – Coordinate and liaise with external auditors.
- Process Excellence – Drive standardization, harmonization,



and automation of finance processes across subsidiaries.
- Stakeholder Management – Build solid relationships with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- CA with 3–6 years of experience
- Experience in the Technology or Media domain is preferred.
- Tally experience is mandatory.
- Big 4 audit experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to identify and implement process and internal control improvements.
- Good working knowledge of finance systems and technology.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
