Position Head of Finance

Location Hisar

Must be from stainless steel/steel/ manufacturing industry.

Mon to Saturday working

Reporting to Director

Exp 8 yrs +

New business must have experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, GST, TDS, ROC, and financial reporting standards.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury functions.

Required Qualifications
- CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred; MBA (Finance), CMA, or equivalent qualification is also considered.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts, with leadership experience.
- Robust knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, MIS reporting, taxation, auditing, and statutory compliance.
