We have an urgent opening with a reputed Manufacturing Company for the position of Head of Finance based at Peenya, Bengaluru.

Position Details

- Qualification: CA Mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 6+ Years

- Team Handling: Experience managing minimum 5 team members

Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Coordinate the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns and statutory compliances.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), GST, TDS, and Advance Tax processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and analyze budgets, MIS reports, and financial forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Monitor and manage cash flows, Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDRs), Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs),



term loans, and working capital requirements.
- Coordinate and support statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits by ensuring timely availability of records and compliance documentation.
- Prepare financial data and reports for Board meetings and management presentations.
- Manage daily cash flow planning and treasury operations to ensure adequate liquidity and effective fund utilization.

Required exposure in: AR, AP, Treasury, Forex Evaluation, Contingent Liabilities, Deferred Tax, CARO, Advance Tax, Advance Tax Dates, Inventory, Internal Audits, CAPEX Advance & Treatment, GST & TDS, Financial Reporting, IFC This is a priority and rapid-moving requirement.
