Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

- Record and verify accounting transactions in the ERP/accounting system.

- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documents.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documents.

- Process vendor payments as per approved payment schedules.

- Monitor customer outstanding balances and coordinate for timely collections.

- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.

- Maintain accurate records of expenses, advances, reimbursements, and other financial transactions.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring activities.





- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial approvals and documentation.

- Assist auditors by providing required schedules, records, and supporting documents.

- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and accounting records.

- Monitor cash flow and assist in preparation of cash-flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

- Assist in preparation and filing of statutory returns in coordination with consultants/management.

- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve reconciliation issues on a timely basis.

- Support internal controls and ensure adherence to company finance policies and procedures.

- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.

- Perform other finance-related duties assigned by management.
