Finance Expert – LLM Training & Evaluation

Role Overview

- Contribute to LLM training and evaluation workflows by reviewing financial questions, scenarios, and AI-generated responses.
- Assess model outputs for financial accuracy, reasoning quality, relevance, completeness, and consistency with applicable financial principles .
- Create and review finance prompts, scenarios, questions, reference answers, and evaluation criteria across relevant areas of finance.
- Provide detailed expert feedback to improve LLM financial reasoning, reliability, and performance across complex finance tasks.

Key Requirements

- 3–8 years of skilled experience in Finance, Accounting, Investment Banking, Financial Analysis, or related fields .
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, financial modeling, valuation, and financial markets .
- Experience analyzing complex financial problems and identifying factual, numerical, logical, and analytical errors in written responses.
- Strong written communication skills and interest in AI/LLM training, model evaluation, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted finance workflows .
