Purpose The person will play a critical role in managing and executing core finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, maintaining statutory compliance, and strengthening internal controls. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of finance functions, with the ability to support strategic planning and operational excellence in a rapid-paced fintech environment.

Key Deliverables:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable,



general ledger, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate and support internal, statutory, and tax audits by ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of audit queries.
- Handle direct and indirect tax compliance including timely filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns, and liaising with consultants and authorities as needed.
- Contribute to financial planning and analysis, variance reporting, cost optimization, and process improvements to drive financial efficiency.
- Ensure integrity and confidentiality of financial data, maintain accurate records, and collaborate cross-functionally to support business and compliance goals.

What Were Looking For:

- CA/Inter CA.
- 2-6 years of hands-on experience in finance and accounts, within a fintech or technology-driven organization.
- Strong proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and familiarity with accounting software; exposure to automation tools will be an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, audit procedures, and financial compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
