Could you be the full-time Finance Ecosystem Operation Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?

- Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your application management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You'll ensure the continuity, performance, and efficiency of applications critical to our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Service Teams, Business Users, and external partners), lead maintenance activities, and oversee incident and change management processes, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of monitoring application performance and driving support activities, but also enhancing applications based on business needs.

We’ll look to you for:

- Ensuring service continuity for applications within your scope
- Leading and managing maintenance activities with external partners
- Monitoring application performance through KPIs, OSAs, and SLAs
- Driving Level 2 and Level 3 support activities
- Delivering enhancements aligned with business priorities
- Coordinating with partners, service teams, and business users for incident and change management
- Organizing operational and performance review meetings with stakeholders
- Managing vendor relationships and ensuring adequate support
- Acting as an escalation point for key users and stakeholders
- Proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Preparing operational reporting and dashboards
- Ensuring operational readiness during project Go-Live transitions
