Role Description The Finance Controller will oversee and manage the company’s financial operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic support for business decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising accounting activities, closing monthly and annual books, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting.

The role will also involve budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and providing financial insights to management to improve profitability, cost control,



and cash flow management.

The Finance

Controller will monitor internal controls, coordinate audits, ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies, and optimize finance processes and systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, with a solid understanding of core financial principles and practices.
- Candidates should possess experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting in accordance with applicable standards.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and support strategic decision-making.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control, along with familiarity with ERP or accounting software.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance are preferred, with prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors considered an advantage.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks is highly beneficial.
