About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Applications Admin / Consultant to join our Global Capability Centre in India. You will provide hands-on support for cloud-based finance and procurement applications, acting as a key link between business users, IT teams, and application vendors.

The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with Sage Intacct, Coupa, SAP Concur, and Yooz.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1/2 application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution.

Administer and support Sage Intacct, Coupa, SAP Concur, Yooz, and integrated finance applications.

Diagnose application issues using logs, error messages, APIs, and data analysis.

Manage vendor escalations and coordinate with Sage, Coupa, SAP, Yooz, and other support teams.

Manage user access, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews in line with governance requirements.

Support UAT,



releases, regression testing, and post-deployment validation.

Create knowledge articles, FAQs, user guides, and provide application training.

Identify recurring issues and contribute to RCA and continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate ticket documentation and support audit/SOC 2 compliance.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in finance application support, administration, or consulting.

Robust hands-on experience with Sage Intacct, Coupa, SAP Concur, and Yooz.

Good understanding of APIs, integrations, SSO/MFA, CSV/Excel, and system troubleshooting.

Experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, or similar ITSM tools.
