We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Head to lead the complete finance, accounting, compliance and financial-control functions of a Manufacturing & Export organisation.

The role will involve manufacturing finance, costing, export accounting, working capital, banking, foreign currency transactions, statutory compliance and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete Finance & Accounts function of the organisation.

- Manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting and internal financial controls.

- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports.

- Manage working capital, cash flow, receivables and payables.

- Handle manufacturing cost accounting, product costing and profitability analysis.

- Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.

- Manage export accounting and export-related financial transactions.

- Handle foreign currency transactions, forex reconciliation and exchange-rate exposure.

- Coordinate with banks for LC, bank guarantees, export documentation, working capital facilities and other banking requirements.

- Monitor export receivables, customer payments and realisation of export proceeds.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory filings and other applicable regulations.

- Coordinate with statutory, internal and tax auditors.

- Monitor inventory valuation, stock reconciliation and manufacturing expenses.

- Analyse product-wise, customer-wise and export-market-wise profitability.

- Strengthen internal controls, accounting systems and financial processes.

- Support management in cost reduction, working-capital optimisation and profitability improvement.

- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Lead, mentor and develop the Finance & Accounts team.

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, Export, Logistics and HR departments.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Financial & Management Accounting.

Manufacturing Cost Accounting & Product Costing.

Knowledge of Export Accounting & International Transactions.





Foreign Currency / Forex Accounting.

Solid working-capital and cash-flow management skills.

Knowledge of LC, Bank Guarantees and Export Banking.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.

Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Financial reporting and MIS.

Inventory accounting and reconciliation.

Strong audit and internal-control knowledge.

Excellent analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.

Advanced MS Excel and ERP/accounting software knowledge.

Preferred Experience

- 10–18 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Experience in Manufacturing + Export companies preferred.

- Experience handling export finance, forex, banking and working capital will be an advantage.

- Experience as Finance Head / Head – Finance & Accounts / Senior Finance Manager / Accounts Head.

- CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred, depending on company requirements.
