Job Title: (Sr.) Filling and Packing Executive

Location: Jaipur(On-site)

About the Role

1. Production & Efficiency

- Supervise the daily scheduling and execution of filling, labelling, and cartoning operations for cosmetic products (e.g., creams, lotions, serums, and liquids).
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports, ensure line efficiency targets (OEE - Overall Equipment Effectiveness) are met by minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput.
- Monitor production output against the planned schedule and report variances to the Production Manager.




- Coordinate with the Planning department to ensure timely availability of all components (bottles, tubes, caps, labels, cartons, etc.) before the start of a batch.

1. Quality & Compliance (cGMP)

- Ensure strict adherence to cGMP guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), CCP, and safety protocols during all filling and packaging activities.
- Oversee line clearance procedures to prevent product mix-ups (cross-contamination) between batches.
- Conduct in-process quality checks (IPQC), including fill weight verification, label placement accuracy, and batch code printing quality (Knowledge of RCA and CAPA).
- Initiate and assist in the investigation of quality deviations, non-conformances, and line failures, implementing immediate corrective actions.

1. Equipment & Maintenance

- Oversee the setting, changeover, and cleaning of all packaging equipment, including:
- Filling Machines (Automatic, Semi-Auto.)
- Capping/Sealing Machines
- Labelling machines
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team for preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and immediate repairs to minimize operational halts.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions during the shift.

1. Team Coordination & Safety

- Coordinate with a team of operators and technicians on safe and efficient machine operation and adherence to SOPs.
- Conduct daily shift briefings (TBT), covering safety topics, production targets, and quality focus areas.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in Filling and Packing (F&P;), production, in BPC, FMCG, Pharma or similar manufacturing industries.
- Graduate or Post Graduate (B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Tech. etc.) in Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Industrial, Food Technology or a related technical discipline.
- Proficient with SAP, MS Excel, MS Word
