- Conduct 4–5 field audits per day at assigned GoMechanic partner workshops.
- Perform mystery audits using the standard 19-point audit checklist.
- Check workshop branding, infrastructure, customer experience, and Job Card (JC) process compliance.
- Capture GPS-tagged photos and videos as audit evidence.
- Verify parked vehicles and identify potential Business/Job Card Leakage.
- Record and submit audit findings accurately through Microsoft Forms after each workshop visit.
- Provide feedback to workshop representatives regarding branding-kit and process gaps.
- Identify and report non-compliance and leakage cases as per the defined escalation matrix.
- Coordinate with the Central Audit, Garage Engagement, and Recon Teams for CAPA closure and follow-ups.
