Position: Accounts & Audit Executive / Senior Executive

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Audit professional to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit activities. The candidate should possess strong working knowledge of SAP and Tally ERP, accounting principles, financial controls, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in SAP and Tally.
- Prepare and post journal entries, payment entries, receipt entries, and adjustment vouchers.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and supporting documentation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial data for management review.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Audit

- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors during audit assignments.
- Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
- Assist in audit observations resolution and implementation of corrective actions.
- Support periodic reviews of financial records to identify discrepancies and control gaps.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance requirements.

Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure proper record maintenance and financial data accuracy.
- Support the finance team in preparing reports required by management and auditors.
- Assist with regulatory and statutory compliance documentation as required.

Educational Qualification





Option 1

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience Required:

- 2+ years of post-qualification experience in Accounts and Audit.

Option 2

- MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com with MBA Finance

Experience Required:

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Audit.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in SAP and Tally ERP.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in handling internal and statutory audits.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reconciliations, Reporting).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
