Dukadoo is a pet-care brand offering everyday pet-care products such as shampoos, anti-tick solutions, dry bath sprays and potty-training products. We are expanding our offline retail presence through pet shops, veterinary stores, grooming centres and other relevant retailers.
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive who can visit retail stores, introduce Dukadoo products, generate orders, build retailer relationships and expand our distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit pet shops, veterinary stores, pet grooming centres and relevant retailers on a daily basis.
- Introduce Dukadoo products and explain their features, benefits and pricing.
- Generate new retail accounts and product orders.
- Maintain relationships with existing retailers and encourage repeat orders.
- Identify potential stores and create a database of prospects.
- Follow up with retailers regarding orders, payments and stock requirements.
- Ensure Dukadoo products are properly displayed at retail outlets.
- Collect market feedback regarding pricing,
competitors and customer demand.
- Achieve monthly sales and outlet-acquisition targets.
- Submit daily/weekly reports of visits, leads, orders and collections.
- Coordinate with the Dukadoo team for stock dispatch and order fulfilment.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable travelling extensively within assigned areas.
- Ability to approach and speak with shop owners confidently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Google Maps.
- Previous experience in FMCG, pet products, pharma, retail or distribution sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales ability can also apply.
