Position: Field Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers, shops, dealers, and business establishments regularly.

Promote and sell company products and services.

Identify new customers and develop new business opportunities.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Explain product features, pricing, offers, and perks to customers.

Collect orders and coordinate with the office/team for timely delivery.

Follow up on payments and outstanding amounts when required.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the management.

Represent the company professionally in the field.

Requirements:

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Sales-oriented and target-focused attitude.

Ability to travel within the assigned area.

Previous field-sales experience is an advantage.

Salary: As per company policy + incentives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
