Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Salesperson to drive business growth through field sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management across Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills and be comfortable with regular field visits and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers through field visits and other sales activities.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain products/services effectively to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.




- Maintain regular updates on leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer handling.

Candidate Requirements

- 0–2+ years of experience in field sales.
- Previous sales or business development experience preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust client-handling and lead-generation abilities.
- Comfortable with field visits and target-based sales.
- Must have a bike and valid driving licence.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
